Getting started

When I was elected to be a delegate to the 2012 General Conference of the United Methodist Church, I promised some friends in the Upper New York Conference that I would blog about my experiences, feelings, discoveries, celebrations, and pains.   Truthfully, my preparations for this awesome experience have only prayerfully begun.  Our delegation will begin formal meetings to prepare for General Conference very soon.  For now, we pray, and wait for volumes of material to arrive!  I invite you along on the journey with me.  To read more about the upcoming General Conference go to: http://www.umc.org/site/c.lwL4KnN1LtH/b.6171105/k.1E2E/General_Conference_2012.htm
